Dear Frank,

Now that the renovation of my house is finished I just wanted to say Thank you to everybody at Fibrent for all your hard work especially over the Christmas — New Year break when I know you are normally closed.

Right from the beginning I've been surprised by how smoothly this whole project progressed. The (what seemed to me) vast volume of paperwork that had to be submitted to the local council never ceased to amaze me and I know that with you handling this it saved me a lot of time and money. It was very easy for me to see where I could so easily have made a mess of this.

As you now know the three month contract time was achieved and well within my budget. I can honestly say that I have money left over! I can't imagine many people can say that after a renovation.

After my initial foray into the possibility of renovating the house I consider myself very lucky I met you at that renovation expo at the Sydney Building Information Centre. About two years ago I approached an architect who eventually left me in doubt about the sometimes shoddy work practices of the building industry. The difference was that you and your staff always had an idea for how things should be done and sorted out all the problems with the council etc.

I have already passed the Fibrent name onto friends and acquaintances telling them just how stress free a renovation can be and will continue to do this. Thanks again for a great job done. I often come home in the evening and look around at what was done here in three months and find it hard to believe just how easy it all came together and that I was actually able to afford it.

Our association with Fibrent has been extremely positive. On all occasions, they have approached our building requirements in a professional manner and provided for all of our building needs from initial contact through until construction. We have found Fibrent innovative in design and thorough in dealing with the building process.
